歡迎使用「快泊定」（FastParkPin）（下稱「本 App」）。本私隱政策說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護你的資料。
本 App 由個人開發者 Yuk Ting Tiffany Tsang 營運。
本 App 的核心功能是幫助你記住泊車位置、管理行程紀錄、設定提醒，以及在你選擇時分享位置。
我們不會要求你註冊帳戶，亦不會把你的個人資料出售給第三方。
2. 我們收集的資料
本 App 可能處理以下資料，用途僅限提供功能：
- 位置資料（使用期間）：在你允許後，用於記錄泊車位置、顯示距離，以及產生地圖連結。
- 相機／相簿資料：在你主動拍攝或選擇相片時，用於附加泊車位置相片。
- 泊車與行程紀錄：包括位置、時間、備註、相片、車輛選擇、國家／城市標記等，儲存於你的裝置。
- 語言偏好與 App 設定：例如介面語言、提醒相關設定。
- 本地通知：在你設定泊車提醒後，於裝置上顯示本地通知（不經我們的伺服器推送）。
- 購買狀態：若你購買 Pro，解鎖狀態會儲存在裝置；交易由 Apple 處理，我們不會收到你的完整付款卡資料。
- 廣告相關資料（僅免費版）：免費版可能透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告；廣告服務可能收集裝置識別碼、粗略位置或互動資料以提供廣告。購買 Pro 後會移除廣告。
我們不會收集：姓名、電郵、電話、通訊錄；亦不會為跨 App 追蹤而出售你的個人資料。
3. 資料如何儲存
- 本機儲存：大部分資料儲存在你的 iPhone／裝置本地（例如 App 儲存空間）。
- iCloud 同步（可選）：若你啟用相關功能，行程資料可透過你的 Apple ID 同步至 iCloud，以便在同一 Apple ID 的裝置之間使用。該資料由 Apple 的 iCloud 服務處理，受 Apple 私隱政策約束。
- 我們沒有自建後端伺服器用來儲存你的泊車紀錄或相片。
4. 資料如何使用
我們只會將資料用於：
- 提供、維持及改善 App 功能（記住泊車位置、行程、提醒、分享等）；
- 在你主動操作時，產生分享內容（例如地圖連結、含相片／地圖的分享檔案）；
- 遵守適用法律要求（如有）。
5. 分享與第三方
- 你主動分享：當你選擇分享泊車位置時，內容會透過系統分享功能傳送給你指定的 App／聯絡人。我們不會代你自動對外分享。
- 地圖靜態圖（分享功能）：產生分享預覽時，可能向 OpenStreetMap 相關靜態地圖服務請求地圖影像。該請求可能包含位置座標。
- Apple 服務：位置、相機、通知、iCloud、App 內購買等由 Apple 系統提供，並受 Apple 私隱政策約束。
- Google AdMob（免費版）：用於顯示橫幅廣告。Google 如何處理資料受其私隱政策約束。升級 Pro 後不再載入廣告 SDK 內容。
- 我們不會向廣告商出售或出租你的個人資料以作無關用途。
6. Pro 購買
本 App 提供一次性非消耗型 App 內購買（Pro），用以解鎖進階功能並移除廣告。
購買與退款由 Apple App Store 處理；你可透過裝置的「恢復購買」重新啟用已購買的 Pro。
7. 權限說明
- 位置（使用期間）：記住泊車位置及相關功能。你可在系統設定關閉。
- 相機／相簿：拍攝或選擇泊車相片。你可拒絕並繼續使用其他功能。
- 通知：發送你設定的本地泊車提醒。你可隨時關閉。
8. 資料保留與刪除
資料主要保留在你的裝置（及你啟用時的 iCloud）中。你可在 App 內刪除個別紀錄／相片，或刪除 App 以移除本機資料。
若曾啟用 iCloud 同步，你亦可在裝置的 iCloud 設定中管理相關資料。
9. 兒童私隱
本 App 並非專門面向 13 歲以下兒童。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
10. 政策更新
我們可能不時更新本私隱政策。更新後會修改本頁的「最後更新日期」。繼續使用本 App 即表示你知悉更新後的政策。
1. Introduction
Welcome to FastParkPin (“快泊定”) (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
The App is operated by individual developer Yuk Ting Tiffany Tsang.
The App helps you remember where you parked, manage visit history, set reminders, and share a parking location when you choose to.
We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Information We Process
The App may process the following information solely to provide features:
- Location data (while using the App): with your permission, to save parking locations, show distance, and create map links.
- Camera / photo library data: only when you take or choose a photo to attach to a parking record.
- Parking and visit records: such as location, time, notes, photos, vehicle selection, and country/city markers, stored on your device.
- Language preference and App settings: such as interface language and reminder-related settings.
- Local notifications: reminders you schedule, shown on your device (not pushed through our own servers).
- Purchase status: if you buy Pro, unlock status is stored on device; Apple processes the transaction and we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Advertising data (free tier only): the free version may show ads via Google AdMob; the ad service may process device identifiers, coarse location, or interaction data to serve ads. Buying Pro removes ads.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts, and we do not sell your personal data for cross-app tracking.
3. How Data Is Stored
- On-device storage: most data is stored locally on your iPhone/device.
- Optional iCloud sync: if enabled, journey data may sync via your Apple ID using iCloud so it can be used across devices signed into the same Apple ID. That data is handled by Apple’s iCloud services and subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
- No proprietary backend: we do not operate our own server to store your parking records or photos.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- provide, maintain, and improve App features (parking memory, history, reminders, sharing, etc.);
- generate share content when you initiate sharing (for example map links or share files with photo/map);
- comply with applicable law if required.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
- User-initiated sharing: when you choose to share a parking location, content is sent through the system share sheet to apps/contacts you select. We do not automatically share on your behalf.
- Static map images (sharing): when generating a share preview, the App may request a map image from OpenStreetMap-related static map services. That request may include location coordinates.
- Apple services: location, camera, notifications, iCloud, and in-app purchases are provided by Apple and subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
- Google AdMob (free tier): used to show banner ads. Google’s processing is subject to Google’s privacy policy. After upgrading to Pro, ad content is no longer loaded.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers for unrelated purposes.
6. Pro Purchases
The App offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (Pro) to unlock advanced features and remove ads.
Purchases and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store. You can use Restore Purchases to re-enable Pro on the same Apple ID.
7. Permissions
- Location (While Using): to save parking locations and related features. You can disable this in system settings.
- Camera / Photos: to capture or choose a parking photo. You may deny access and still use other features.
- Notifications: to show local parking reminders you set. You can turn them off at any time.
8. Retention and Deletion
Data primarily remains on your device (and in iCloud if you enable sync). You can delete individual records/photos in the App, or delete the App to remove local data.
If iCloud sync was enabled, you can also manage related data in your device’s iCloud settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App means you acknowledge the updated policy.
